Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or other reasons. This includes:

• Bodysuits
• Lingerie and underwear
• Swimwear
• Accessories where applicable for hygiene reasons
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size, colour, or item is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Any exceptions to the right of withdrawal will apply in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
