How long does shipping take ?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order ?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy ?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
How long does it take to receive my refund ?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our collections are carefully crafted in Turkey and France, in selected workshops known for their expertise, exceptional craftsmanship, and high-quality standards.
How do your products fit ?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
What materials do you use ?
We carefully select quality fabrics that offer the perfect balance of comfort, durability, and elegance, ensuring each piece feels as beautiful as it looks.
How should I care for my garments ?
For the best results, machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with similar colors, avoid tumble drying, and iron on a low temperature if necessary.
Will sold-out items be restocked ?
Some of our best-selling styles may be restocked, while others are produced in limited quantities. If your size is unavailable, we recommend joining the waitlist or checking back regularly.
